Case loads: General Surgery, Thoracic, Vascular, OB/Maternity, ENT, Ophthalmology, Orth, Urology, Minimal Peds (Mostly ENT), no heads, no hearts no spines Client Name/Worksite Location: Southern Ohio Medical Center City & State: Portsmouth, OH Size of Facility: 248 bed facility not for profit hospital Reason for Need: Backfilling locum that fell off How long has need existed? Today # of FTE s Needed: .5 FTE Start Date: September Inpatient/Outpatient: Inpatient Daily Census/Patient Volume: Getting specifics Shift Structure/Schedule: 7a-3 (3:30) May stay later depending on the cases that day.
