Independent advertising agency is seeking a dynamic and driven Head of Business Development-Growth Director to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the charge in identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive the agency's growth.
• Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster continued partnership.
• Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to develop compelling pitches and proposals.
• Represent the agency at industry events and client meetings.
• Travel frequently to meet with potential clients and attend industry events.
