Founding Full Stack Engineer - San Francisco, CA

A Seed Funded startup that automates regulatory compliance for complex engineering projects, helping companies navigate global safety standards faster and cheaper through AI-powered legal reasoning.

What Will I Be Doing:

Drive end-to-end development from database design to polished UIs that help engineering teams navigate complex regulatory requirements
Transform powerful AI agent capabilities into intuitive interfaces that users trust for critical compliance decisions
Build robust systems that process thousands of regulatory documents, handling PDFs, spreadsheets, and structured data at scale
Establish enterprise-grade security, deployment, and data handling practices for AI-powered compliance tools
Work directly with early customers like Mercedes-Benz and Bugatti to understand needs and rapidly ship solutions
Shape core engineering decisions and product direction as a founding team member

What We're Looking For:

3+ years building production full-stack systems, preferably with AI/ML components
Strong backend development skills (Python, SQL) with experience building APIs and data pipelines Proven track record shipping features across the entire stack
Problem-solving mindset with comfort navigating ambiguous requirements
Strong communication skills for direct customer and stakeholder interaction
Familiarity with NLP/LLM tooling and document processing workflows would be great too
Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud infrastructure
