About The Role

We're looking for a Partnerships Lead to help drive the growth of WorkMagic's client footprint via partners, and expand product capabilities via innovative partner integrations. In this high-impact role, you'll grow a book of existing and prospective partners to develop integrations and deeper relationships with. You'll play a key role in identifying pipeline-building program opportunities, strategic product integration opportunities, and bringing them to fruition.

You'll report to the VP of Partnerships and work cross-functionally with Sales, GTM, Data Science, Product, and Customer Success teams. This is a high-ownership role that blends strategy, relationship-building, and execution in growing our ecosystem and moving our industry forward.

What You Will Do

  • Find and develop key relationships within strategic partner organizations, in order to support and facilitate product integration and revenue growth objectives.
  • Identify and research potential new partners, determine if they are a good fit for a partnership with WorkMagic, and participate in partnership evaluations where applicable.
  • Help refine and operate commercial partnership models with existing partners, as well as sourcing and developing net new partner agreements where applicable.
  • Manage relationships with key partner stakeholders, ensuring that we are aligned on success criteria and in driving key initiatives forward.
  • Be a partner advocate internally, aligning closely with Sales, GTM, Data Science, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure healthy partner relationships and integration work streams.
  • Become a subject-matter expert on WorkMagic partner integrations, enabling Sales and CS teams where needed.
  • About 30% of your time will focus on exploring new partnerships. 60% will go toward managing and growing existing relationships, and supporting revenue partnerships efforts via existing partner initiatives and programs in tandem with the VP of Partnerships.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of partner development and / or corporate development, preferably either at a B2B SaaS company (bonus if in the measurement category) or supporting 3rd-party partners for a platform e.g. Meta, Google, TikTok, Snap and equivalent companies - with 10+ years of total professional experience.
  • Ideally, have an established network of relevant contacts within target partner organizations.
  • Significant product acumen and prior experience with APIs, integrations & measurement technology. Business-level familiarity with prevailing marketing measurement theory and principles.
  • Demonstrable track record of establishing and managing high-impact partnerships of the caliber of WorkMagic's strategic partners.
  • Analytical thinking, business acumen, and excellent problem-solving. Comfortable experimenting with new tools to optimize work streams, and ability to be self-directed in allocating time to strategic priorities.
  • A strong bias for action, with project management skills and attention to detail, to ensure your success in a fast-paced, complex start-up environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills and an empathetic, consultative approach toward partner relationships.
  • Ability to travel to visit partners and attend conferences, up to 20% of the year.
  • Natural curiosity, in particular within the marketing measurement space, and strong principles for how marketing performance should be measured.
