As we grow, we’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Associate to help expand our brand presence and support our marketing team.
Position Summary:
The Marketing Associate will play a key role in driving brand growth through marketing execution, campaign development, and on-the-ground brand activation. Reporting to the CEO, this role will support omnichannel efforts across digital, retail/trade, influencer, and experiential marketing. Travel to events, trade shows, and retail activations is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and product sales
- Support the creation of marketing collateral, one-pagers, sales decks, social media content, email campaigns, and seasonal promotions
- Help manage brand partnerships, influencer outreach, and sampling programs
- Collaborate with the sales team on trade promotions, in-store activations, and retail marketing initiatives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies
- Track KPIs and marketing performance metrics; assist with reporting and optimization
- Represent the brand at events, pop-ups, trade shows, and field marketing activations (travel required)
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience within the CPG industry
- Passion for ethical food, sustainability, and social impact
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools such as Klaviyo
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Willingness to travel regularly for events and activations
- Proven ability to track the success of marketing campaigns, ie ROI and reporting
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with food demos, pop-ups, or experiential marketing
- Familiarity with retail and trade marketing in grocery and natural channels
- Prior involvement with mission-driven, values-based brands
