Processing Associate Compensation: $50,000-$55,000 Per YearEmployment Type: Monday-Friday, Full Time, In person. Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.NY State Solar sells, designs, and builds quality solar systems in the New York City metropolitan area! Dedicated to helping New York become economically and environmentally sustainable.The Processing Associate will create an exceptional customer experience while supporting all operational facets of the solar project.Roles and Responsibilities: Work and communicate with all company personnel, including: Management, Sales, Accounting, Field, & Office staffAccurately completing and financing and utility interconnection applicationsEffectively working with the Operations team to ensure all the correct information is relayed to various key players in the solar processUpdate project management databasePassion for the environmentDepartment of Buildings PermittingQualifications :Bachelor's Degree or work experience in project coordination and processingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsMust be proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel)Must be a motivated team player with a positive attitudeExcellent organizational and time management skillsBenefits:Amazing medical benefits, vision, dental & matching 401KCompetitive compensation package401K with up to a 6% matchPaid time off (vacation, sick, bereavement, etc.)Growth potential for committed individuals
