Processing Associate

Compensation: $50,000-$55,000 Per Year

Employment Type: Monday-Friday, Full Time, In person. Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

NY State Solar sells, designs, and builds quality solar systems in the New York City metropolitan area! Our focus is to provide an outstanding customer experience and deliver a high quality PV system. Dedicated to helping New York become economically and environmentally sustainable.

The Processing Associate will create an exceptional customer experience while supporting all operational facets of the solar project.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Work and communicate with all company personnel, including: Management, Sales, Accounting, Field, & Office staff

Accurately completing and financing and utility interconnection applications
n
n
Effectively working with the Operations team to ensure all the correct information is relayed to various key players in the solar process
n
n
Update project management database
n
n
Passion for the environment
n
n
Department of Buildings Permitting
n

Qualifications :

n
Bachelor’s Degree or work experience in project coordination and processing
n
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
n
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
n
n
Must be proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel)
n
n
Must be a motivated team player with a positive attitude
n
n
Excellent organizational and time management skills
n
