Position Overview

This is a customer service role focused heavily on email communication and case resolution, rather than high call volume. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support account managers by assisting with fleet-related customer service needs.

Handle inquiries such as vehicle orders, impounds, and general driver support.

Educate drivers on services and guide them through future needs.

Conduct research to resolve complex issues—critical thinking and problem-solving are essential.

Communicate frequently with internal departments to coordinate solutions.

Use Microsoft Teams for daily collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Manage a high volume of customer emails and cases using Salesforce CRM.

Make outbound follow-up calls to customers as needed.

Enter customer information into systems while engaging in live conversations.

Perform tasks such as creating vehicle selectors, processing billing changes, generating reports, distributing insurance cards, and updating driver data.

Reach out to drivers via phone or email to collect missing information.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of office-based customer service experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in English with grammatically correct writing

High computer literacy; ability to work across multiple databases and monitors

Basic Excel skills with a willingness to learn more

Typing speed of at least 40 WPM (typing test required)

High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Experience

Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
