Job Details

Responsibilities

* Handle all aspects of federal-court class actions and consumer arbitrations from inception to conclusion * Run your own cases * Handle federal court and consumer arbitration hearings, depositions, and mediations * Actively litigate federal-court data privacy and consumer protection class actions

Qualifications

* Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience * Federal-court litigation experience required * Class action experience preferred * Data privacy and cybersecurity litigation experience preferred * FINRA, AAA, or JAMS forum experience preferred * Excellent writing skills * Big Law experience, a federal clerkship, or government experience (SEC/FTC/US attorneys’ office/state regulator) preferred
