In this role, you won’t just be filling out reports - you’ll be the go-to expert ensuring our products meet the highest standards across environmental, product safety, and global compliance requirements. You’ll work with multiple teams, dive deep into regulations, and help navigate the ever-changing landscape of compliance for a brand with a global reputation.

What You’ll Do
* Take ownership of all product and environmental compliance reporting, including: * Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) programs * WERCSmart and OEM platforms * REACH compliance * VOC and PFAS disclosures * Keep our documentation and reporting systems sharp, accurate, and audit-ready. * Partner with engineering, marketing, and product development to make compliance a competitive advantage. * Stay ahead of new regulations and help us adapt proactively. * Assist with Safety Data Sheets (SDS) creation and label reviews.
What You Bring
* Bachelor’s degree in Regulatory Affairs, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. * 3–5 years in regulatory compliance/reporting. * BONUS -Familiarity with REACH, EPR, VOC, PFAS. * BONUS- Proficiency with WERCSmart, Assent, iFord (a plus). * Sharp eye for detail, organized, and unshakable under deadlines.
