top-tier law school
with an
excellent academic record
Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction , in good standing
23 years
of
broad real estate finance
experience in a
large law firm setting
Demonstrated experience with
loan origination work
for
large-scale structured commercial real estate finance transactions , including
mezzanine loans
and
preferred equity
Experience with
asset management
and
workouts
is also
required
Ability to execute transactions on behalf of
lenders , including
secondary market repurchase facility
work and other exit strategies
Ambitious, with a strong drive to excel and
contribute to the growth of the national practice
Soft Skills: Exceptional writing, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, as well as strong business acumen and meticulous attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
Lead large-scale commercial real estate finance transactions
from inception to post-closing , including loan origination, mezzanine loans and preferred equity
Manage assets
and support
workouts
for commercial real estate clients
Run transactions
on behalf of
lenders
and advise on
exit strategies , including secondary market repurchase facility work
Collaborate with attorneys across practices to provide comprehensive client support
Develop and strengthen client relationships, building on the firm's established national practice

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Compensation : Includes an annual salary range of
$220,000$260,000 , as determined by experience and market factors
Eligibility for a discretionary
bonus
