Real Estate Finance Practice Group (link removed) This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney who's interested in engaging with some of the largest structured commercial real estate finance transactions in the nation.

Candidate Profile

JD

from a

top-tier law school

with an

excellent academic record

Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction , in good standing

36 years

of

broad real estate finance

experience in a

large law firm setting

Demonstrated experience with

loan origination work

for

large-scale structured commercial real estate finance transactions , including

mezzanine loans

and

preferred equity

Experience with

asset management

and

workouts

is also

required

Ability to execute transactions on behalf of

borrowers

and

lenders , from inception through closing and post-closing, including

secondary market repurchase facility

work and other exit strategies

Ambitious, with a strong drive to excel and

contribute to the growth of the national practice

Soft Skills: Exceptional writing, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, as well as strong business acumen and meticulous attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

Lead large-scale commercial real estate finance transactions

from inception to post-closing , including loan origination, mezzanine loans and preferred equity

Manage assets

and support

workouts

for commercial real estate clients

Run transactions

on behalf of

lenders

and advise on

exit strategies , including secondary market repurchase facility work

Collaborate with attorneys across practices to provide comprehensive client support

Develop and strengthen client relationships, building on the firm's established national practice

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Compensation : Includes an annual salary range of

$240,000$390,000 , as determined by experience and market factors

Eligibility for a discretionary

bonus
