The Opportunity
Join our dynamic team as you report to the Product Owner - Plasma Donor & Marketing Customer Relationship Platform. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate directly with the project team and internal stakeholders to gather essential requirements aimed at enhancing our Salesforce Platform and Mulesoft capabilities for the plasma business. Your expertise will be instrumental in analyzing and optimizing business processes by anticipating needs, pinpointing areas for enhancement, and delivering impactful solutions.
As a key leader in Agile practices, you will facilitate essential ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews. Your collaborative spirit will ensure alignment with evolving business demands and facilitate the iterative delivery of value. Partnering closely with project managers, you'll oversee various projects, develop project plans, and prioritize tasks based on organizational requirements.
This hybrid position offers an exciting combination of onsite and remote work opportunities.
The Role
Enhance Salesforce and Mulesoft Platform functionality. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage the development backlog for effective iterative delivery. Lead requirements gathering, detailed analysis, and documentation for Salesforce and Mulesoft solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize business processes. Translate functional requirements into user stories and detailed technical specifications. Coordinate release management, including sandbox-to-production deployments. Support thorough testing efforts, including regression and user acceptance testing (UAT). Create insightful dashboards and reports to aid data-driven decision-making. Work closely with architects, developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery. Develop training materials and support end-user enablement initiatives. Pursue continuous improvement through process redesign and active stakeholder engagement. Training & Communication
Communicate the outcomes of requirements analysis clearly to stakeholders. Develop and maintain training materials, including presentation decks, as needed. Collaborate with teammates on Salesforce and Mulesoft release updates, including issue tracking and resolution. Encourage innovative thinking and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Provide prompt support for user-submitted inquiries and tickets. Monitor user adoption and implement strategies for ongoing improvement. Operational Excellence & Leadership
Enforce quality and change control standards through meticulous documentation and reviews. Lead discovery sessions and sprint orchestration, ensuring organized Confluence documentation. Create, prioritize, and manage user stories to align with release planning and deliver business value. Simplify complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders. Evaluate features and enhancements by assessing risks, dependencies, and value impact. Conduct user research and testing to validate assumptions and refine solutions. Continuously assess and suggest improvements to tools, methods, and processes to enhance team efficiency. Promote a culture of transparency and accountability. Your Skills and Experience
Required Education and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification is preferred; Mulesoft Certified Developer is a plus; PMI certification is a plus. Required Experience: 3-5 years as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, particularly within Salesforce or Mulesoft ecosystems. Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies. Strong background with Salesforce (e.g., Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud) and Mulesoft integration projects. Experience in the role of Business Analyst, including requirements elicitation, user story creation, stakeholder communication, and backlog management. Proficiency in Agile and DevOps tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Git. Familiarity with release management and iterative delivery practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for driving collaboration across teams. Ability to challenge assumptions and seek clarity. Experience with UAT and supporting deployment cycles. Background in life sciences, healthcare, or regulated industries is advantageous. Preferred Experience: Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Background in change management and driving adoption of new tools or processes. Exposure to database design, middleware architecture, and API integrations. Experience managing remote or distributed teams is beneficial. Project management experience is an asset. Our Benefits
