Job Details
Accounting Operations
* Maintain GAAP-compliant financial records * Manage AP/AR, journal entries, and reconciliations * Support month-end/year-end close and documentation * Track job costs and margins by project and unit
Systems & Technology
* Use QuickBooks Online/Desktop for daily accounting * Maintain chart of accounts and project billing setups * Generate custom financial reports * Integrate with platforms like Zoho and ensure data accuracy
Reporting & Analysis
* Prepare monthly financials and project-level reports * Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis * Provide insights for strategic planning and audits
Administrative Support
* Assist with payroll, tax filings, and intercompany billing * Support special projects and process improvements * Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
