Job Details
Key Responsibilities
* Review, draft, and analyze commercial agreements including vendor contracts and service agreements * Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and contract amendments * Track contract terms, deadlines, and compliance requirements across multiple projects * Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders regarding contract matters * Maintain contract databases and filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping * Conduct research on contract law, construction regulations, and industry standards * Provide general legal administrative support to in-house counsel * Assist in identifying potential legal risks and compliance issues in contract terms
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited program * Minimum 3-5 years of contracts paralegal experience, preferably in construction or industrial services * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software * Understanding of commercial contract law and construction industry practices * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities * Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with team members
