Job Details
Key Responsibilities
* Provide legal counsel on complex commercial transactions and business development initiatives * Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements and partnerships * Support M&A activities, due diligence processes, and corporate governance matters * Advise on regulatory compliance and emerging technology legal frameworks * Collaborate with business units on strategic initiatives and risk management * Manage relationships with external counsel and oversee legal matters * Support intellectual property strategy and protection initiatives * Assist with corporate structuring and entity management * Handle employment law matters and HR legal support * Provide guidance on data privacy and cybersecurity legal requirements
Requirements
* J.D. from top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials * 6-10 years of corporate law experience at AmLaw 100 firms or comparable in-house roles * Active bar admission in relevant jurisdiction * Experience with complex commercial transactions, M&A, and corporate governance * Strong drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail * Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex matters * Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities * Strong business acumen and strategic thinking * Experience in technology, fintech, or emerging industries preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
