As a Senior Solutions Architect in a pre-sales capacity, you will play a critical role in addressing enterprise networking automation challenges. We seek a candidate who not only possesses expertise in pre-sales, programming, and networking but also enjoys exploring new technologies in a dynamic environment. You will be interacting with customer network engineering and operations teams on a daily basis, reporting directly to the Vice President of Pre-sales and Service Delivery. This position is integral to our sales team, and includes potential sales commissions on top of your base salary, with on-target earnings estimated at $240,000 per year. The role allows for remote work, but travel is required to meet with potential customers. Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Gluware Sales team to achieve technical success in complex network automation initiatives. Design customized solutions addressing customer challenges through the Gluware platform combined with third-party tools like ITSM, CMDB, IPAM, and CI/CD pipelines. Deliver engaging product demonstrations to Gluware clients and partners. Lead effective proof of concept (PoC) engagements for prospective clients. Create and provide tailor-made automations to both prospective and existing clients. Prepare and deliver focused technical sales presentations. Work closely with Gluware’s Engineering, Service Delivery, Sales, and Support teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Collaborate with your peers in Solutions Architecture to tackle unique customer needs. Stay updated on market trends in networking, cloud, and competing technologies. Serve as a reliable automation advisor to our clients. Qualifications:

Over 5 years of experience with enterprise network architectures, products, and configurations including cloud, data center, SD-WAN, and related technologies. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on customer-facing presales experience. Proficient in CLI configurations, regular expressions, and scripting languages like JavaScript or Python. Experience with DevOps tools such as Ansible and Terraform. Proficient in data modeling experience using JSON, YANG, YAML, or XML. Hands-on experience with REST API integrations. Basic knowledge of Linux administration. Experience with public and hybrid cloud platforms, including AWS, MS Azure, and GCP. Familiarity with leading virtualization and containerization solutions. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Results-oriented and capable problem solver eager to contribute to a growing company. Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Programming, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Travel Requirement:
