Responsibilities
We are looking for an Organizational Development Consultant to join our Human Resources Team! Using your expertise, you will help sustain a high-performing organization and create a culture in which our 10,000+ team members can do their best work. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with leaders and teams to identify needs, respond to feedback, set goals, implement solutions, build capacity, develop skills, improve performance, navigate change, measure effectiveness, and much more.
If you are looking to lead the execution of an organization development strategy to meet short- and long-term objectives, then this is the role for you!
Qualifications
Education • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources or related field required
• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate AND 4 additional years of experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's Degree Experience• 7 years of experience in general Organizational Development/Human Capital Management/Talent Management consulting required. This could include experience with Leadership development and Performance Improvement.• Experience with large, multi-site healthcare systems preferred• Experience with enterprise survey platforms strongly preferred (Press Ganey, Glint, Peakon, Survey Monkey, Culture Amp, Qualtrics, or similar).
