Now Hiring: Youth Respite Provider Focused on Safety Supervision & Fun Based Support
We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and reliable Sibling Respite Provider to support a wonderful family with two children who have special needs. This rewarding role focuses on providing meaningful respite care, giving the parents a well-deserved break while ensuring their children are safe, engaged, and supported. The Sibling Respite Provider will assist with engaging activities, help with activities of daily living (ADLs), and provide emotional support in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will be patient, proactive, and enjoy creating a positive, structured space where the children can thrive. Location: Colfax, WI Starting Wage: $14.13-17.70/Hour Schedule: Up to 40Hr/Month !Scheduled in Advance with Parent! Key Responsibilities: Plan and facilitate engaging, age-appropriate activities Assist with daily living tasks like eating, dressing, and bathing Ensure safety and monitor the child at all times Offer emotional support and build trust with the child Communicate effectively with caregivers Qualifications: Previous experience with children (preferred) Strong interpersonal skills and patience CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to follow care plans and respond calmly in emergencies Authorized to work in the U.S., with reliable transportation Desired Traits: Enthusiastic and creative, with a passion for working with children Experience with children who have special needs (preferred) Responsible and detail-oriented If you're someone who loves empowering young people, and youre looking to make a difference through meaningful 1:1 support, wed love to hear from you! * If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record.
