A Snapshot of Your Day The Engineering Technician will work primarily with Document quality and governance aligning to contractual documents and ensuring on-time document delivery, aligning with customer contracts. You will share responsibility for a project delivery schedule with both internal and external customers. The successful candidate is solution-driven starting each day motivated to collaborate, provide leadership, and communicate with Project teams and external customers. An example of workday would include but not limited to: Ensuring information on New Unit documents and drawings are accurate in accordance with project requirements and match Meta Data in various Document Management and Project Scheduling tools. How You’ll Make an Impact

Set and maintain quality for all document deliverables

Oversee document management systems and processes, including document delivery schedules

Drive continued support of process improvements through continuous feedback, learning, and a standardized approach to ensure a most efficient working style in your Project team(s).

Provide leadership to Project Management, Engineers, cross-train peers, step in to proactively support other Engineer Technicians as needed.

Collaborate with Project Management and Engineering for ways that improve the success of Projects and on time delivery ensuring customer satisfaction.

Create Key Performance Indicators that are meaningful for the Project team and reduce their roadblocks.

What You Bring

High School diploma/GED that can be verified and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Administration, Project Management or Engineering Environment; Bachelor's degree in any of these fields is preferred.

Preferred experience in Microsoft tools / PDF

Experience with document management systems and processes including document delivery schedules

Experience with Installation and Erection Documentation and Dimensional Data/Drawings/Bill of Materials, is preferred.

Must be diligent, detail oriented and able to multi-task
