What is this career opportunity?
The position is responsible for directing and performing system testing of the Lottery gaming system, including the Back Office System (BOS), lotto, scratch and sports betting sub-platforms, terminals, websites, mobile applications, and the Internal Control System (ICS) to ensure the accurate processing of transactions and to maintain the integrity and security of lottery data, gaming systems and products. The position develops testing criteria and test scripts and training approaches to ensure Lottery technical staff and users remain current with contemporary software products and computer systems. The position also provides technical assistance to system and program users to ensure accessibility of system information and applications.**
