Thriveworks is excited to welcome Licensed Clinical Social Workers to join our dynamic team, offering a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions. This opportunity is based in Boston, MA, and includes a fantastic $7,500 ramp stipend for those committing to 25+ hours per week.

What We Seek
We are looking for independently licensed clinicians in Massachusetts who are eager to make a significant impact and grow alongside us. We especially encourage applicants who:
Are willing to conduct 25+ sessions each week
Are behavioral health generalists (comfortable with couples/children, with our support)
Value autonomy yet enjoy being part of a collaborative team
Are interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles
Demonstrate strong character, including integrity, transparency, and a commitment to quality care
Qualifications: Hold an active and unrestricted LICSW license in Massachusetts
Must reside and hold licensure in the state where services are offered
Compensation: Earn up to $124,300, depending on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Our Offerings We take care of the administrative burdens so you can focus on client care. As a W2 employee, you will enjoy: A $7,500 ramp stipend for 25+ clinical hours/week
