This opportunity is based in Boston, MA, and includes a fantastic $7,500 ramp stipend for those committing to 25+ hours per week. What We Seek We are looking for independently licensed clinicians in Massachusetts who are eager to make a significant impact and grow alongside us. We especially encourage applicants who: Are willing to conduct 25+ sessions each week

Are behavioral health generalists (comfortable with couples/children, with our support)

Value autonomy yet enjoy being part of a collaborative team

Are interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles

Demonstrate strong character, including integrity, transparency, and a commitment to quality care

Qualifications: Hold an active and unrestricted LICSW license in Massachusetts

Must reside and hold licensure in the state where services are offered
