Our client, a dynamic organization in the Human Resources sector, is seeking a Human Resource Specialist to join their team. As a Human Resource Specialist, you will be part of the HR department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, critical thinking abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

$24.17 per hour
Shift:
Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4 pm (flexibility needed)
What's the Job?
Ensure compliance with all State and Federal regulatory agencies as well as employment laws.
Investigate concerns related to working conditions, disciplinary actions, and appeals from associates and applicants.
Advise department leaders and staff on resolving HR-related issues by offering guidance and recommendations.
Oversee the performance management process, assisting leadership with associate reviews, coaching, training, and consultation as needed.
Manage recruiting efforts to ensure the hiring of competent, diverse, and skilled associates.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree with a focus in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with three years in a supervisory role preferred.
Solid knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with a wide range of individuals.
