PART TIME
Human Resources Assistant to join their team. As a Human Resources Assistant, you will be part of the HR department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

$18/hr-$22/hr
Shift: :
Part Time – M-F – Flexible hours, 2-5 hours/day
What's the Job?
Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Support onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.
Help in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
What's Needed?
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in
HR or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in an HR support or administrative role preferred.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems; experience with Paycom strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
