Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Scrum Master with a strong foundation in Agile methodologies and a proven ability to lead and support high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will be deeply familiar with the Scrum framework and experienced in using JIRA and other Atlassian tools to manage Agile projects efficiently. This role is critical in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.

Collaborate with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.

Guide teams in Agile best practices and help remove impediments to progress.

Monitor sprint progress using JIRA dashboards and reports to ensure transparency and accountability.

Coach team members on Agile principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, team capacity).

Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical deliverables.

Promote cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Support release planning and coordination across teams and departments.

Leverage Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket) for workflow management, documentation, and knowledge sharing

Qualifications

:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and principles (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

Proficiency in JIRA and other Atlassian tools

Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferred

Salary Transparency:

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $100000 to $130000/ year.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
