Fort Mills, SC (Day One Onsite - Hybrid) Key Responsibilities

Manage all tasks using JIRA Create dashboards to show dependencies, milestones, and progress Manage RAID logs Collaborate with cross-functional teams Track and remove impediments Ensure clear understanding of requirements by the team Conduct sprint demos Assist with the release process Coordinate successful code migration through the SDLC Required Skills

Certified Scrum Master Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews Remove blockers to maintain team productivity, escalate when necessary Promote team collaboration and continuous improvement Track team performance using metrics like velocity, burndown charts Define project scope and goals aligning with business objectives Create and manage project plans with timelines and resource allocation Communicate with stakeholders, provide updates, and manage expectations Ensure end-to-end delivery of projects with quality and timeliness Life at Capgemini
