BMS Estimator London\n\nMy Client is Looking for experienced BMS Estimator to join their established team based in London.\n\nThe company\nThey are a well-established BMS engineering provider based in London. They have Been Running for over 20
years and have gained an excellent reputation within the Maintenance and Commercial fit out Market.
\nTheir clients include Global managing agents, Offices, government and Royal buildings as well as
Multi Commercial spaces.
Their BMS contracts range on average from £20k - £550k\n\nDue to continuous growth they are now in search of an BMS Estimator\n\nSalary Package:\n\n£40,000 - £50,000\nTravel Card\nCompany Car Allowance\n25 days holiday plus bank holidays\nTraining and development\nWorking From Home / Office\n\nEstimators Duties :\n\nSubmission of BMS Tenders\nWorking for invitations to tender, not BD required and all warm leads from existing clients.\nEnsuring all deadlines are met\nLiaising with clients & contractors\nVariations & Procurement\nFinalise tender bids\nSecure contracts ready for handover to the Maintenance Team\nUnderstand and scrutinise Sub-Contractor quotations\nUnderstand price points and have out sourced clients for parts\nBe able to use estimation software\nPresent BID and no BID proposals to the directors\n\nBMS estimators requirements:\n\nAmbitious and enthusiastic towards their career and portfolio\nStrong communication skills\nExperience working within an BMS Contractor / building services\nMechanical or Electrical qualified but strong all round BMS & Controls estimating Knowledge\nHave previous estimating experience\n\n Please Contact\n Zan Saeed\n Rgb Network\n Office: (phone number removed)\n Email: Zsaeed @(url removed)
