In this pivotal role, you will oversee product solutioning while maintaining your expertise in our offerings and the healthcare and pharmacy sectors. We seek a candidate with at least 12 years of relevant experience, including a solid background in senior program management. Your mission will be to maximize customer satisfaction and engagement through effective communication and relationship building. As the VP, you will take the lead in driving customer success initiatives, managing a dedicated team focused on delivering high-quality solutions, and fostering ongoing customer relationships to increase upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You should possess strong interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and a demonstrated ability to execute plans efficiently. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an advanced degree is preferred.
