Qualcomm is seeking a

business development manager

to lead strategic partnerships and AI solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term techno-commercial relationships with

strategic software vendors . We are looking for a passionate candidate with a strong background in system architecture, OS, multimedia (specifically image, video, audio, and AI), who has knowledge of software processes/lifecycle. Additionally, the candidate should have strong analytical skills and a balance of tactical (short-term goals) and strategic (long-term competitive advantage) thinking. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform analysis of market, customer, competition, and technology; feed insights back to HQ roadmap teams to build differentiated products. Scout new opportunities and drive deals to address application developer pain points. Identify product gaps based on market and ecosystem analysis. Create and validate business cases for new, complex products, ensuring alignment with business direction. Define new features in collaboration with technology and engineering teams. Collaborate with Technology Product Management to define tactics and strategy for the partner ecosystem. Identify key product KPIs and communicate progress to stakeholders. Enable digital transformation by selling and providing data-driven solutions to businesses. Work on Go-To-Market strategies, Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, and Solution Sales. Develop techno-commercial proposals and support responses to RFPs/RFQs/RFIs. Design solutions involving digital technologies, including Edge and Hybrid applications. Negotiate contracts and business terms with partners. Travel to customer and partner sites as needed to align on product strategy, roadmap, and execution. Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Strategy, with an emphasis on Engineering. Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science/Engineering is a plus. Demonstrated business development and partnership experience within the global wireless and Internet industry. Ability to analyze complex business problems, develop supporting analysis, and present clearly to executives. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including executive presentations.
