About Program Phoenix:
Program Phoenix is a multi-year initiative established to create a real-time enterprise built on a common data model, global processes, and seamless data flow, enabling operational efficiency and scalability. This program involves green field implementation of SAP S/4 HANA, CRM and PLM.
Summary of Role:
This role will be responsible for –
Leading and managing the end-to-end data Test process to S/4 HANA, D365, Team Center PLM and other Enterprise Applications and other enterprise applications as part of a greenfield transformation project.
Being a strategic thinker with a solid understanding of SAP modules, D365, Team Center PLM and enterprise applications - testing and automation methodologies, and risk mitigation strategies.
Managing close working relationships with senior business and IT leadership, implementation partners, Enterprise Architecture, and the PMO.
Essential Responsibilities:
The primary focus is to lead E2E test activities related to S/4 HANA, Teamcenter PLM, D365 CRM & other Enterprise applications including test strategy, test process management, team coordination and communication
Lead test automation team to determine test automation approach and scope for the project effort
Establish test plans, test scenarios, and test cases covering functional, integration, UAT, regression, and cutover testing
Coordinate with functional consultants, partner teams, business process owners, and project managers to gather comprehensive testing requirements
Lead test preparation, execution of Test Phases including SIT, UAT, Performance testing, Fiori UX testing, defect management, and closure activities
Oversee test data management and coordinate test environment readiness
Implement best practices for test automation using tools (e.g., Tricentis Tosca) for enterprise applications
Ensure compliance with project governance, QA standards, and risk mitigation processes
Provide test execution metrics, dashboards, and stakeholder reporting
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree 10+ years' experience in managing testing in large Global Programs
Proficiency in managing and executing system integration testing or user acceptance testing for complex, highly integrated projects
Proficient in Tricentis Qtest and Tosca software test automation tools and frameworks
Led teams and change management strategies for driving improvement in testing practices.
Expert in industry best practices for Enterprise applications software testing
Well versed in multiple styles of Release & Change Management processes including Agile/Scrum, Waterfall and Iterative
Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, D365 and Teamcenter PLM
Effective communication and presentation skills, flexible, open working style and an ability to establish trust and credibility quickly.
Functional knowledge Enterprises business process of Sales, Finance, Supply chain or Manufacturing
Ability to engage and work in a global team across multiple time zones
Expected Salary Range
$106,100.00 - $200,000.00
