SAP Director
to manage a team of FTEs and SI Partners. The role will lead areas of Program Phoenix, a multi-year initiative to create a real-time enterprise based on a common data model, global processes, and seamless data flow, supporting operational efficiency and scalability. The Program involves a green field implementation of SAP S/4 HANA, CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Siemens Teamcenter PLM. We seek a leader who will influence decisions, drive results, and develop internal talent. Essential Responsibilities: Provide leadership to cross-functional teams including Data Conversion, Cutover, Testing, Release Management, Development, Security & Compliance, and Basis.
Drive the solution architecture to ensure all changes align with technical standards and that S/4 HANA implementation is sustainable.
Lead resolution of process and technical integration issues related to SAP, reviewing end-to-end business process scenarios with functional leads to ensure solutions are consistent, scalable, and adhere to best practices.
Manage daily operational relationships with SAP and SI Partners, including ownership of the SAP Rise contract and support agreements.
Ensure the ERP platform remains current with patches and versions, maximizing value through SAP Rise and support contracts.
Manage the security program for SAP environment, ensuring proper entitlements and support for annual audits.
Demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills to engage, mentor, coach, and grow the team.
Required Qualifications: 15+ years of relevant SAP S/4 HANA experience, including implementing SAP in semiconductor manufacturing.
People leadership experience managing teams of over 20 FTEs, with a proven track record of leading high-performing global teams in an end-user environment.
Solid functional and process expertise in at least one SAP module (Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing) and technical areas such as Development, Security, Basis.
Experience influencing internal stakeholder discussions across disciplines.
Leadership ability to prioritize, be decisive, and lead complex topics globally, convincing others effectively.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with experience creating presentations on complex SAP design topics.
Ability to work effectively in a global team across multiple time zones.
Preferred Qualifications: S/4 HANA Rise licensing and commercial experience is advantageous.
Knowledge of integration between ERP, PLM, and CRM systems.
Background in consulting, with ability to create storyboards and presentations quickly.
Expected Salary Range: $154,500.00 - $280,000.00 The exact salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and location.
