Guide homeowners through financing and contract processing with confidence Your Path to Leadership as a Trainee: Shadow experienced Sales Managers to understand essential leadership skills Receive hands-on mentorship while excelling in sales performance Begin mentoring new hires and assist in training initiatives Take on more responsibilities in coaching, team development, and strategic planning Collaborate with marketing and installation teams to ensure an excellent homeowner experience Transition Into a Sales Management Role: Move from top performer to leading your own team of sales representatives Drive sales performance, train new teammates, and lead strategy meetings Increase your earnings through higher commissions and team-based bonuses as you progress Compensation & Benefits: Uncapped Commissions with Weekly Pay:
