We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our Finance team. This role will be instrumental in driving insight, forecasting, and increasing operational efficiency across the organization. The Manager, FP&A will partner closely with senior leadership to deliver meaningful analysis, actionable recommendations, and forward-looking financial guidance.

*Job Duties/Responsibilities:*

· Take a strong leadership position in the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with strategic goals.

· Provide in-depth financial analysis and scenario modeling to support decision-making at both the corporate and departmental level.

· Assist with, and grow to lead, the Treasury and Capital Markets functions to provide analytical support and guidance for ABS transactions and warehouse credit facilities.

· Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate funding strategies, deal economics, and capital structure optimization.

· Partner with business leaders to translate operational metrics into financial performance insights.

· Develop and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting tools to improve visibility and accountability.

· Prepare executive-level presentations and materials for the Board of Directors and investors.

· Support capital planning, funding strategies, and portfolio performance analysis.

· Ensure FP&A processes are efficient, scalable, and compliant with internal policies and controls.

· Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

*Qualifications: *

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred. * 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking; financial services or equipment finance experience strongly preferred. * Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and distill it into actionable insights. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) a plus. * Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively to both financial and non-financial stakeholders. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. * High degree of integrity, professional maturity, and business acumen.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 per year
