Quality Technician - Automotive Manufacturing

Pay Range:
$19.50 - $20.50 per hour
Shifts Available:
A Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM
B Shift: Tuesday-Friday, 6:00 PM-4:30 AM
C Shift: Friday-Saturday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM and Sunday-Monday, 6:00 PM-4:30 AM

Join a team where precision meets purpose. As a Quality Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our automotive components meet the highest standards-supporting the Plant Quality Engineer and collaborating across departments to deliver exceptional products to our customers.
What You'll Do:
Perform inspections and testing aligned with production control plans
Support PPAP reviews and approvals for suppliers and customers
Investigate and resolve dimensional and testing discrepancies
Set up and maintain lab equipment including CMM, H-Point, and color/appearance tools
Analyze quality data (scrap, rework, first-time yield) and support problem-solving initiatives
Maintain calibration of inspection tools and fixtures
Help develop and maintain production quality documentation
Contribute to continuous improvement through 5S and Faurecia Excellence System (FES) activities
Ensure compliance with QS9000 / TS16949 standards
Interpret technical drawings and GD&T to support production accuracy
What You Bring:
3-5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing
Post-secondary education in Engineering or related field preferred
Solid understanding of quality tools: PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, PPAP
Technical aptitude and basic computer skills
A proactive mindset and commitment to safety and quality

Pay Details:
$19.50 to $20.50 per hour
