Information Security Officer

Job Description The Information Security Officer is a senior-level professional responsible for preventing, monitoring, and responding to data breaches and cyber-attacks. This role ensures the execution of Information Security (IS) directives and activities in line with client cybersecurity policies within supported business units, mainly focusing on client technology infrastructure. Qualifications Qualifications and Education: Strong understanding of cloud security architectures (e.g., AWS Well-Architected Framework, Google Cloud Security Command Center). Knowledge of IAM security models in AWS and GCP. In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure and architecture (e.g., VPC, EC2, S3, Cloud Storage, Compute Engine). Familiarity with compliance and risk frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CSA STAR). Experience in engaging with business on Information Security, Risk, Control & Compliance, IT Analysis/Design, or Program/Project Management. Ability to perform Security risk assessments and understand Risk Governance. At least 2 years' experience securing cloud environments, especially AWS and GCP. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields, or equivalent work experience. Desired industry certifications include CISSP, CISM, CCSP. Good communication skills, able to articulate clearly under pressure. Self-starter with problem-solving skills. Proven influencing and relationship management abilities. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code security tools like Terraform and CloudFormation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Additional certifications such as AWS Certified Solution Architect or GCP Professional Cloud Security Engineer are a plus.

Additional Information Annual Pay Range:

USD 128,000 - USD 180,000 The range reflects current salary bands at Publicis Sapient. Actual compensation may vary based on location and skills.
