Information Security Officer

Job Description The Information Security Officer is a senior-level professional responsible for preventing, monitoring, and responding to data breaches and cyber-attacks. This role ensures the execution of Information Security (IS) directives and activities aligns with client cybersecurity policies within supported business units, primarily focusing on client technology infrastructure. Qualifications Qualifications and Education: Strong understanding of cloud security architectures (e.g., AWS Well-Architected Framework, Google Cloud Security Command Center). Knowledge of IAM security models in AWS and GCP. In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure and architecture (e.g., VPC, EC2, S3, Cloud Storage, Compute Engine). Familiarity with compliance and risk frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CSA STAR. Experience in business engagement for Information Security, Risk, Control & Compliance, IT Analysis/Design, or Program/Project Management. Ability to perform security risk assessments and familiarity with security risk governance. At least 2 years of experience securing cloud environments, especially AWS and GCP. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Cybersecurity preferred, or equivalent work experience. Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP are desirable. Good communication skills, capable of articulating clearly in high-stress situations. Self-starter with problem-solving skills. Proven influencing and relationship management skills. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) security tools like Terraform and CloudFormation. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Public Cloud Solution Architect or Security Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solution Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Security Engineer) are a plus.

Additional Information Annual Pay Range:

USD 128,000 - USD 180,000 This range reflects current groupings used at Publicis Sapient. The actual salary may vary based on location and specific skillset.
