We are seeking aBoard-Certified Neurologist with subspecialty expertise in dementia, cognitiveneurology, or behavioral neurology to provide remote diagnostic assessments andcollaborate with interdisciplinary teams in supporting care for older adults withneurocognitive disorders. This part-time, contract role is ideal for aphysician passionate about advancing innovative, high-quality care for agingadults.


Location: Remote (Texas license required)

Schedule: Part-time, 5-10 hours/week

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, Contractor (1099)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct remote clinicalassessments and review cognitive testing data, clinical histories, andcaregiver interviews to support accurate diagnosis
  • Provide consultative inputon complex or unclear dementia cases and collaborate on treatment planning
  • Document findings anddiagnoses per current documentation, billing, and coding standards
  • Adhere to evidence-basedclinical guidelines in evaluating and diagnosing cognitive disorders
  • Collaborate with ARNPs, MDs,and care teams to enhance dementia-related care and care planning
  • Participate ininterdisciplinary case reviews as needed to support holistic, person-centeredcare

Requirements:

  • MD or DO with BoardCertification in Neurology
  • Subspecialty experience indementia, cognitive neurology, or behavioral neurology strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years ofclinical experience, including dementia diagnosis and management
  • Unrestricted Texas medicallicense
  • Experience with telemedicineplatforms and remote patient assessment
  • Strong written and verbalcommunication skills
  • Comfort working bothindependently and within virtual care teams
  • Prior experience invalue-based care, risk-sharing, or managed care environments preferred
