Travel Nursing Job Details Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Mother/Baby Unit Location: Tucson, AZ 85741 (Arizona nursing jobs) Unit: Postpartum / Mother-Baby Start Date: August 18, 2025 End Date: November 17, 2025 Duration: 13-week contract Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) Hours per Week: 36 Block Scheduling: 3 consecutive shifts Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts (Friday & Saturday nights) per 6-week period No On-Call Required Estimated Weekly Salary: $1360 - $1460 per week Registered Nurse Qualifications Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license (Arizona or compact state) Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Mother/Baby, Postpartum, or Women's Health nursing Current ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications required Strong clinical skills in critical thinking, communication, and leadership Ability to delegate and supervise clinical support staff Mother/Baby RN Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive postpartum and newborn care using the Nursing Process Apply scientific judgment and critical thinking to ensure safe, quality patient care Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing nursing education Delegate and oversee care provided by healthcare support staff Assist with patient recoveries in Labor & Delivery as needed Ensure compliance with hospital policies and Arizona Nurse Practice Act Apply now to join our healthcare team and take the next step in your travel nursing career in Tucson, Arizona!
