Labor & Delivery RN Job Details Location: Lebanon, NH 03756 (Upper Valley region) Healthcare Setting: Birthing Pavilion (LDRP - Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum Unit) Assignment Type: Travel Nursing Start Date: September 2, 2025 End Date: November 29, 2025 Contract Duration: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (Day/Night rotation: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) Estimated Weekly Salary: $2520 - $2700 Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license - New Hampshire or compact state Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience Proficiency in LDRP model (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) BLS certification (AHA required) Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities L&D RN Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum phases Monitor maternal and fetal health, including administration of high-risk medications (Pitocin, Magnesium Sulfate, Insulin drips) Support approximately 1,300 annual deliveries in a 21-room birthing unit with triage and operating rooms Follow AWHONN staffing guidelines and maintain safe nurse-to-patient ratios Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure patient-centered care Educate and support patients and families throughout the childbirth experience Ready to take the next step in your nursing career?
