About the Role

nn

As a Senior Civil Engineer , you will take ownership of project delivery from concept through construction, overseeing technical design, project management, and client coordination. You will provide leadership to junior engineers, ensure quality and compliance, and contribute to the growth and efficiency of the firms engineering operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in civil engineering, a bachelors degree in civil engineering, and hold an active California Professional Engineer (PE) license. Strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring and delivering innovative, code-compliant infrastructure solutions are essential to success in this role.

• Lead the design and management of civil engineering projects, including public works and land development

• Prepare and review engineering calculations, reports, construction plans, and technical specifications

• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
n
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the team
n
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
n
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and permitting requirements
n
• Identify opportunities for design innovation and process improvement

• Support business development and client relationship efforts as needed
