Executive Chef – Fine Dining at 8Hospitality
8Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled and creative Executive Chef to lead the culinary team at one of our fine dining venues. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, menu creation, food quality, and managing a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff. This position requires a deep understanding of fine dining standards, exceptional culinary talent, and leadership skills to create a world-class dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring a high standard of food preparation and presentation.
Develop and design seasonal, creative menus that align with our brand and elevate the guest dining experience.
Maintain food quality, consistency, and high standards across all dishes.
Oversee kitchen operations including inventory management, ordering, and maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards.
Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff to ensure the team is motivated and upholds the highest culinary standards.
Manage kitchen budget, food costs, and labor to ensure profitability while maintaining quality.
Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and exceptional guest experience.
Stay current with culinary trends and implement new techniques or dishes to keep the menu fresh and innovative.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or similar culinary leadership role in fine dining establishments.
In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen operations, and fine dining standards.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
