Job Description:
The Radiologic/Fluoro Technologist I is a Supplemental position filling in for vacation and sick calls at various locations depending on department need.
Summary: Performs general diagnostic radiography exams, including fluoroscopy. Responsible for obtaining the highest quality radiological exams under the direct or indirect supervision of a Radiologist per established Inland Imaging guidelines and protocols.

- Performs General Diagnostic Radiography exams, including Fluoroscopy
- Sets up sterile trays for fluoroscopic guided procedures
- Assists radiologist/midlevel personnel with fluoroscopic procedures
- Administers oral/rectal contrast during fluoroscopic exams
- Administers IV contrast during GU studies
- Assists physician (non-radiologist) with fluoroscopic/C-Arm procedures
- Assists patients as needed to obtain quality exams
- Physically maneuvers/lifts (lifting is done with assistance from other staff members) patients to a standing position to perform x-ray exams
- Physically maneuvers/lifts (lifting is done with assistance from other staff members) patients to an exam table to perform x-ray exams
- Prepares exam rooms
- Maintains clean and stocked exam rooms
- Maintains clean radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment.
- Assists in the appropriate transportation of patients as needed
- Participates with the training of students in the educational radiologic technologist program
- Performs general diagnostic radiography exams, including Fluoroscopy in OR, Endoscopy, and other appropriate areas.
- Assists physician (non-radiologist) with fluoroscopic/C-Arm procedures
- Assists other staff in preparing room for procedure involving use of radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment.
- Assists in the appropriate transportation of patients as needed
- Performs portable radiographic exams
- Operates C-Arm in OR, Endoscopy, or where requested.
- This position may be required to work in a hospital, urgent care or clinical setting.
- Adheres to all DOH, TJC, Inland Imaging and partnering facilities policies and procedures.

- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality within the Inland Imaging companies and Inland's customers.

- Education:
- AA Degree preferred or Military Equivalent
- Accredited Radiologic Technologist Program required
- Experience: One year experience preferred
- Anatomy and medical terminology preferred
- Medical office experience preferred
- Understanding of radiologic-fluoro procedures to be read by radiologist preferred
- Licensure: Must maintain current Washington State Radiologic Technologist licensure
- Certifications: Maintain current ARRT (R)
- Current CPR/BLS required
- Computer Skills: Experience with the following computer applications is highly desired: Outlook, Workday, Qgenda, I-Site, Internet/Intranet, EPIC and Medicalis
- Background Check:
- Must be able to pass a background check required by RCW 43.43.830-840 to work with children under the age of 16, developmentally disabled persons or vulnerable adults
- In order to comply with provisions set forth in Sections 1128 and 1156 of the Social Security Act, all new employees of Inland Imaging Clinical Associates, LLC will be checked against the LIST OF EXCLUDED INDIVIDUALS provided by the Department of Health & Human Services, Office of the Inspector General (OIG).
