Role Overview

We’re looking for a visionary and hands-on VP of Finance to lead financial strategy, drive investor confidence, manage multi-industry budgets, and prepare us for our journey towards a $100B valuation and eventual IPO.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.

Support fundraising, capital structuring, and investor relations.

Investor Reporting & Governance

Manage investor dashboards, ensure timely 40% revenue share distributions.

Ensure compliance with SEBI, MCA, GST, and future IPO frameworks.

Multi-Industry Budgeting

Oversee financials for IT, marketing, staffing, hospitality, and logistics.

Control costs, forecast cash flows, and support P&L for each vertical.

Process, Compliance & Risk

Set up financial controls and systems in Zoho Books, Razorpay, and relevant tools.

Mitigate financial risks and ensure tax and legal compliance.

Team Building & Automation

Hire and mentor a finance team.

Integrate AI tools for forecasting, cost analytics, and revenue tracking.

Requirements

Qualifications Proven experience as CFO, VP, or Head of Finance (startup or multi-sector background preferred).

Strong knowledge of corporate finance, compliance, and Indian startup taxation.

Experience managing investor expectations and large-scale revenue sharing models.

Familiarity with tools like Razorpay, Zoho Books, or Tally; automation-first mindset.

CA/CPA/MBA (Finance) preferred.
