Staff Full Stack Engineer
to build the next generation of credentialing automation for healthcare. This role is ideal for a deeply technical engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about artificial intelligence and distributed systems. You’ll be part of a dynamic team focused on creating secure, scalable, and intuitive web applications. The right candidate is excited to work hands-on across the stack, build systems from scratch, and influence the product direction. Responsibilities
Design and implement performant backend services using
Golang Architect and maintain
distributed systems
and
microservices Collaborate with UX designers to deliver intuitive user experiences Conduct code reviews and promote best engineering practices Stay updated on trends in AI, cloud technologies, and web development Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with speed and accuracy Qualifications
Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer or Staff Engineer Strong command of: API development
and system integration (Expert) Distributed systems
(Advanced) Demonstrated interest in
artificial intelligence Comfortable working in a collaborative, agile environment Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Must reside in the
Spokane, WA Technical Skills
Expert-level proficiency with
Next.JS
(Required) Advanced proficiency with
Golang
(Required) Advanced understanding of
Distributed Systems
