The Full Stack Engineer (DevSecFinOps) will play a key role in building and evolving an embedded, AI-driven chatbot experience within an enterprise platform.
This role requires a modern full-stack generalist who can contribute across user experience, application development, security, and cloud financial operations.
The ideal candidate combines strong engineering fundamentals with a user-centric mindset, secure development practices, and an awareness of cloud cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities UX (User Experience)
Collaborate with designers and product owners to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences that support business workflows.
Translate natural-language interaction designs into seamless chatbot and in-application user experiences.
Design, build, and maintain an embedded AI chatbot and supporting applications.
Develop and optimize backend APIs and services using Java and Python.
Contribute across the full technology stack, including:
Front-end user interfaces
Backend microservices
Databases and data integrations
Infrastructure and hosting environments
Develop and operate services deployed on Kubernetes, including containerized workloads.
Collaborate with platform, AI, and backend teams to support natural-language workflows and orchestrated backend operations.
Apply secure coding practices and follow enterprise security standards across the application stack.
Work within authentication and authorization frameworks, including OAuth, mTLS, and API gateways.
Ensure appropriate safeguards when handling sensitive operational data.
Support secure service-to-service communication within Kubernetes and service mesh environments.
FinOps (Cloud Financial Operations)
Design and implement solutions with cloud cost efficiency in mind.
Apply cloud-native best practices to optimize compute, storage, and network usage.
Monitor and manage cloud resource consumption to maintain predictable operational costs.
Apply right-sizing, scaling, and efficiency patterns to Kubernetes-based workloads.
Required Qualifications
Strong experience in full-stack development with end-to-end ownership of solutions.
Proficiency in:
Java and Python for backend development
Kubernetes and Docker for containerized workloads
Service mesh technologies such as Istio or equivalent
Experience implementing RESTful or event-driven microservices.
Working knowledge of secure development practices, API security, and service-to-service communication patterns.
Understanding of cloud cost optimization principles and FinOps best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across multiple technical domains.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new or evolving technology stacks.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building embedded AI or chatbot solutions, including NLP-driven interactions.
Familiarity with observability tools, distributed tracing, and service mesh operations.
Exposure to enterprise workflow systems such as dealer management or order management platforms.
Experience with infrastructure automation, DevOps, or cloud-native architectures.
