Director of Plant Operations
to join our team at Benchmark Senior Living. The
Director of Plant Operations
is responsible for all maintenance and housekeeping functions within an assisted living facility. This role involves hands-on management of overall operations and administrative tasks. Responsibilities Coordinate repairs and alterations to buildings and equipment systems Provide technical support, product information, research, and quality assurance guidance Establish and monitor a preventative maintenance program to promote well-being and aesthetic appeal for residents and staff Ensure compliance with OSHA and fire safety regulations Perform other maintenance functions as required Maintain strong skills as an experienced maintenance professional Have previous maintenance and housekeeping management experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting Possess comprehensive knowledge of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC Requirements Understanding of applicable life safety regulations Proven success in managing maintenance and housekeeping departments Facilities management experience Previous supervisory experience Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail Knowledge of proper handling of biohazardous waste As part of our community at Benchmark, you will have access to various
