Join Xylems dynamic team in Texarkana, AR! Were seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations across all three shifts.
As a Manufacturing Production Supervisor at Xylem, you will lead a team of production staff to ensure efficient operations, meet customer demands, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Location : Texarkana, AR (30 Globe Avenue)
Key Responsibilities : Supervise and support production staff to meet daily output goals efficiently. Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and disciplinary action as needed. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies. Maintain production schedules to achieve a minimum 97% on-time delivery rate. Facilitate training on machine operation, safety protocols, and company procedures. Communicate production data and updates to all levels of management. Maintain accurate attendance records and a clean, organized work environment. Uphold the terms of the collective bargaining agreement with the USW. Participate in internal and external training and volunteer initiatives (Xylem Watermark).
Qualifications : High School diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective interpersonal and communication abilities. Familiarity with collective bargaining agreements. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to manage confidential information and prioritize tasks.
Work Environment : This role involves both office and manufacturing floor settings. Physical requirements include occasional lifting (up to 35 lbs) and exposure to varying indoor and outdoor conditions.
Compensation & Benefits:
The estimated salary range for this position is
$72,000 to $75,000 , plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus. Starting pay will be determined based on a variety of factors, including skills, experience, and work location, and may not begin at the top of the range.
