Discovery Attorney
for its St. Louis office. With 80+ attorneys nationwide, this firm is dedicated to championing victims rightsoffering both meaningful work and a robust compensation and benefits package. About the Role: We're seeking an
Associate Attorney
with a focus on legal research, discovery, and writing to join a collaborative litigation team. The position is primarily on-site to start, with hybrid flexibility available after an initial training and integration period. Key Responsibilities: Drafting legal memoranda and law & motion briefs Conducting complex legal research Opposing dispositive motions Preparing and responding to discovery (written and oral) Taking and defending depositions Preparing subpoenas and FOIA requests Supporting second and third chair trial work Managing court dockets and making court appearances Collaborating closely with case attorneys and opposing counsel
Ideal Candidate Profile: Strong legal research and writing skills Experience with discovery and law & motion practice Highly detail-oriented and organized Able to build strong rapport with clients and colleagues Admitted to practice in
Missouri and Illinois Comfortable with occasional travel Passion for plaintiff-side litigation and client advocacy
Compensation & Benefits: Base salary:
depending on experience 100% employer-paid
