$175,000.00/yr - $215,000.00/yr Our client, a prominent financial services organization, is seeking a strategic Senior HRBP to join their NYC team. The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating with senior leadership and major stakeholders, overseeing talent acquisition, development, and retention. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience handling employee relations matters, performance management, coaching, and supporting organizational changes. The salary range for this role is $175k-$215k. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
