$41.00/hr - $55.00/hr Our client, a prominent consultancy, is seeking a strategic Temporary to Permanent Staffing & HR Business Partner Manager to join their NYC team. The ideal candidate will have experience leading staffing and talent development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a blend of performance management, coaching, development planning, and workforce budget experience, coupled with partnering with leaders to assess staffing needs. If this sounds like you, please apply to learn more! 5+ years of experience in staffing/resource planning and workforce management, required. Consulting or professional services experience, highly preferred. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and focus on execution. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. The hourly rate for this role is $41-55/hr. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
